So, you're an Android user and you're getting this error when you open the mobile app:
Application cannot connect to server.
When this occurs, it's usually an indication that something went wrong on your phone. It's an easy fix, however, simply follow these instructions.
- Go to Settings - Storage
- Scroll down and click on Advanced and then Internal Storage
- Scroll down and click on Other Apps
- Locate and click on the Signal Vine app
- Click the Clear Data and Clear Cache buttons
Once this done, you should be able to re-open the Signal Vine app without the error. If this doesn't work, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
