Account admins and program admins
Start by navigating to Programs, then click Settings, and select a program at the left.
Click on the timezone dropdown to adjust the timezone in which program data is displayed.
This setting will make any future inbound MMS messages visible on the platform. Any inbound MMS messages received from contacts while this box is unchecked will appear as a blank message.
This setting allows counselor-level users to attach images to outbound messages.
Automatically mark as read
This setting applies to contact responses to programmed messages that have automation built in. If you enable this option, incoming messages that the system understands (messages with no action required) will automatically be marked as read.
After making any changes to these settings, click Save at the bottom of the page.
