The auto responder is similar to an out of office message. Responses are specific to group_lists; when enabled, the message will automatically send to any contact in the relevant list. The auto response will send no more than once an hour to the same contact.
Start by clicking Autoresponder, and selecting the program that contains the list(s) you would like to set up an auto response message for.
Find the group that you would like to set a message for, and type your message in the text box. The Enabled checkbox will check automatically. To disable the message, uncheck the Enabled checkbox and select Save at the bottom of the page.
We've navigated to Autoresponder, and chosen the Admissions program - it contains the list(s) we'd like to set up an auto response message for.
We've entered out response into the text box for North - we'll scroll down and click Save to activate the response.
