Instructions:
1. Access the Exports Tab:
- Start by navigating to the "Messages" tab within your account.
- From there, select "Exports."
2. Select Your Program:
- Choose the specific program from which you want to export messages.
3. Choose Your Message Range:
- Decide whether you want to export "All messages" or "Only messages within a specific time frame."
4. Set Time Parameters (if applicable):
- If you selected "Only messages within a specific time frame," define the date and time parameters for your export.
5. Confirm Your Export:
- Click the "confirm export" button to verify your export settings.
6. Initiate the Export:
- Once you've confirmed that the details are correct, click the "Export" button to start the export process.
7. Check Your Email:
- You will receive an email containing a secure link to download the exported file.
8. Login (if necessary):
- If you are not already logged into your account, you will be prompted to log in.
Notes:
- Your export will typically be sent within 5 minutes, but the duration may extend to 15 minutes depending on the time of day and the size of the file.
- You can run the same report, with the exact program and time frame, every 2 hours. Please keep this in mind to avoid any conflicts in your export schedule.
