How do I send a message with an image?

All users

Contacts or Messages tab

All users can include an image in messages sent to an individual contact and to a group of contacts if the setting is turned on by an administrator.

In a contact's profile, click on the text box at the bottom of their conversation to expand your options. Type out your message and click on the Attach Media icon at the bottom right. Click Select files to upload to choose your attachments. Note that only .jpg, .gif, and .png files are supported, and that files must be under 500 KB. Once you've selected your file(s), click the pencil icon at the bottom right to return to the text editor.

Type out your message (pulling in personalized data fields when relevant) and click on the Attach Media icon at the bottom right. Click Select files to upload to choose your attachments.
