If you are using SV Sync or SV Messaging, and you have a question about a specific error or issue in your account, chances are we will ask you for temporary access to your Salesforce org. To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. In Salesforce, click on your avatar in the top right, then under your email, click Settings:
2. Select Grant Account Login Access on the left side:
3. From there, you will see a list of your Salesforce apps and services. Go to "Signal Vine Support" and select 7 days from the menu.
